The lash menu runs from a classic set, which adds length only, through hybrid, volume and mega volume sets for more fullness and drama. Wet sets use slightly closed fans for a fuller classic look, and a wings half set places extensions only on the outer corner for flare. Refills require that about 40 percent of the extensions are still attached, and mini refills suit clients whose refill looks like a full set but who do not want a full set. Add-ons include wispy spikes for volume sets, colored lashes in several shades, and a lash bath for clients whose lashes are not clean. A lash lift adds curl to natural lashes, with results lasting roughly 4 to 8 weeks.

Brow services start with brow mapping before thread sculpting, which should not be done in the 2 to 4 weeks before an appointment. Brow color and brow lamination can be booked on their own, or combined in all brow services. The luxury versions add a jelly mask and moisturizing eye gel pads.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and may pair a visit with a lash bath. Patch testing is available before a first full set, and clients should wait 48 hours after a patch test with no reaction before booking a full set. Phones are not used during services, and extra guests and children are not allowed. Clients with foreign lash extensions must book an extension removal first.

Booking requires a deposit, and cancelling or not showing up on the same day means a new deposit is needed to book again. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a late reschedule also requires a new deposit. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later than that cancels the appointment. Payments are non-refundable, but clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the studio within 48 hours, and any needed adjustment is booked as a follow-up at no extra charge.

The studio offers set styles from natural to dramatic and builds in steps like patch testing and brow mapping before the main service.
