Lash work is the core of the studio, with classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, plus Wispies, which are customized lashes placed under the lash line and take about 15 minutes to apply. Lash lifts with tint set natural lashes in a semi-permanent curl and darken them black. Clients who are unsure which option suits them can book a complimentary lash consultation. Extensions need a fill every two to three weeks, and a visit only counts as a fill if at least 40% of the extensions remain. Brow services include brow lamination, which sets brow hairs in a chosen direction before tinting and waxing them, brow tint and wax, and brow stain and sculpt, a more opaque tint that stains the skin for about 5 to 10 days. Brow waxing uses a soy-based wax. Permanent makeup is offered as microblading, powder brow shading and a combo of the two. A consultation is required before booking permanent makeup, and the studio does not touch up permanent makeup done by other artists.

Makeup is available in the studio or on location, with bridal options from a classic engagement look to full wedding-day makeup, plus bridesmaids and mother of the bride or groom services. Makeup consultations are free, and makeup trial sessions usually run about an hour and a half. Prom and graduation makeup is offered on location for an additional fee, and group or one-on-one makeup and spray tanning lessons are available. Skin services include dermaplaning, a manual exfoliation with a sterile surgical blade followed by a pumpkin enzyme mask, and microdermabrasion, which uses a diamond-tipped wand and vacuum. Treatment plans are designed after a consultation, and the best results from microdermabrasion come from a series of sessions one to two weeks apart. Spray tans use Aviva organic solutions, with one of two formulas chosen by skin tone, and are express only. Bridal packages pair a facial with wedding-day makeup, and the Hollywood Glam package adds a spray tan. Skin treatments and spray tans for bridal packages are done in the studio on days before the wedding.

Gift certificates are available. New clients pay a 50% deposit to confirm an appointment, and the deposit is refunded for cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead; same-day cancellations forfeit it. No-shows are charged the full cost of the appointment. On-location bridal makeup carries a travel fee when the location is more than 10 miles away.

Staff explain each treatment so clients understand what was done, and lash looks are customized to each client's eye shape, lifestyle, personality and age.
