Appointments are booked online only, which requires creating an account and activating it through the email confirmation. Booking means agreeing to 24-hour and 12-hour cancellation terms, and missed appointments without proper notice can be charged 50 to 100 percent of the service price to the card on file. Clients should arrive five minutes early to cleanse their eyes with the studio's lash cleanser. Lash sets need fills every two to three weeks, and a set older than that is replaced rather than filled. At a fill, about 40 to 50 percent of the extensions should still be in place; if less remains, the price may rise or the visit may be rescheduled. Clients traveling from other lash locations for fills need to book a complimentary consultation before anything else.

The extension menu covers classic, volume, hybrid, texture, angel and double classic styles, offered as fills or full sets. Fills are priced by length and start at $35 for a 30-minute classic mini fill, $55 for a 30-minute volume mini fill, and $75 for a one-hour angel mini fill, rising to $135 or more for a two-hour fill. Full sets start at $175 for classic and reach $250 for volume and texture. Lower lash extensions cost $50, accent color lashes are available, and lash removal costs $30. Prices vary with appointment length, and the provider confirms whether a longer visit is needed.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash and brow tinting, lash lifts using a plant-based lash protection system, lash relaxing to reverse or straighten a lift, brow, lip and chin waxing, eyeliner, and an invisible lash line tattoo. Lash line touch-ups are also offered. The studio says it aims for damage-free services and uses high-quality products with high sanitation standards.

Each service opens with a complimentary consultation that covers home care, and the studio advises cleansing extensions at least once a day with a lash cleanser applied to a cleansing brush rather than a mascara wand.
