On the hair side, the menu covers haircuts, shampoo and blow dry, updos, perms, a smoothing treatment meant to reduce frizz and keep hair manageable, and a one-hour smoothing blowout. Hair pricing depends on hair length and the stylist's experience level. Color services are all priced after a consultation, which costs $40 and is required for new color clients. The salon also offers VoMor hair extensions in 12-inch or 16-inch lengths across 28 blendable colors, reapplied every 6 to 8 weeks, and the EVOLVE Volumizer, a wearable option for women with hair loss or thinning at the crown. Both extension and volumizer pricing are set at a complimentary consultation. Bridal updos require a run-through appointment before the wedding day, and the cost is split between the two visits; without a run-through, the full fee is charged on the wedding day.

The massage and body menu is wide. Customized massage is designed after a consultation with the therapist and comes in sessions from 30 to 90 minutes. The Tranquillity Ritual pairs sound, touch and aroma and is offered at 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Other options include Reiki, reflexology, a Reiki and reflexology combination, Hydrotherm massage on warm water-filled cushions while reclining, hot stone massage, manual lymphatic drainage, a Pro-Sleep treatment, a 90-minute Salt Stone Detox Ritual and a 30-minute body scrub. Seated chair massage is available in short 15 and 20 minute sessions, and a 15-minute mini-facial called The Fassage can be added to any massage of 30 minutes or longer. Waxing is also offered, from brow design and lip, chin or cheek to half and full legs, underarms, bikini and back. For waxing, hair of about one-quarter to one-half inch is recommended, and tanning is not advised for 24 hours before or after.

Skin care includes Results and Recovery facials at 30, 60 and 90 minutes, Essential facials, and a 60-minute Dermaplane and Glo facial. The 30-minute Results and Recovery facial does not include extractions. Face care add-ons such as Lip Renewing, Eye Perfection, Magnesium Boost, Back Reviver, Oxygen Infusion and LED Light Therapy can be added to a full treatment. The salon describes its LED Light Therapy as FDA-approved and professional-grade with no downtime, and its dermaplaning as clinically proven. Nail services include gel-free Dazzle Dry manicures and pedicures, which the salon describes as vegan and non-toxic, require no UV light and last up to 14 days. Traditional manicures, Shellac manicures, Footlogix pedicare for very cracked or callused skin, and a Tranquillity Pedicure using Comfort Zone aromas, creams and oils are also available.

Booking is available online through the salon's booking site, where clients can also rebook past appointments. Guests must accept the cancellation policy before booking. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours of notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service cost to the card on file, and cancellations or no-shows with 12 hours or less notice are charged 75 percent. Gift cards are available. Private Spa Nights, which include massage, nails and skin care, are held on Monday evenings from 5:30 PM for groups of four or more. Off-site events such as corporate functions or private parties are offered on a limited basis, with pricing set per request.
