It says it uses only high-quality products and works to keep every product and service at that standard.

Full sets are custom fitted to each individual eye and come in three styles. Classic is the most natural option, with fullness depending on how many natural lashes a client has, and it suits first-timers. Light Volume gives medium fullness with a light, airy look built from handmade fans of 3-4 lashes. Volume is the most dramatic set offered, with a thick strip-lash look and handmade fans of up to 7 lashes. Each full set includes an aftercare take-home kit with a choice of a full-size Lash Bath Gel or Foam, and full sets last 4-6 weeks with proper care.

Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Existing clients can book a 1 hour fill for $100, a 1.5 hour fill for $150, or a 2 hour fill for $200, with each length suited to a different set style and gap since the last visit. Clients coming in with extensions from another artist can book a new client fill, which starts at $165 and runs 1 hour 30 minutes; the lashes are reviewed first, and a full set, a reschedule or no service may result. Extensions are applied one at a time to each natural lash with the client lying down, over about 1-3 hours, using synthetic PBT fiber and a black, medical-grade cyanoacrylate adhesive. Lash removal costs $45 and takes 30 minutes, and the studio says it must be done by a professional.

Bookings are by appointment only, and clients must be 18 or older. The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A $50 non-refundable deposit is invoiced at booking for full sets and goes toward the balance, and a $50 late cancellation fee applies to changes made the day before. Same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-shows are charged the full cost of services to the card on file. Corrections are offered if clients call within 24 hours of a service. Gift cards for lash extensions are sold on the website, and a waitlist form is available for clients who cannot find a suitable time.
