Hair color is the largest part of the salon menu, covering single and double process color, glosses, partial and full highlights, balayage and ombré, color correction, root touch-ups, fashion shades and men's color. Single process starts at $88, double process at $200 and partial-head highlights run $125 to $165. Finishing is not included in color prices, and new clients receive $20 off a first color service. Haircuts for women, men and children are priced from $35 to $100 and include a consultation, a relaxing shampoo and styling tips, with a complimentary bang trim within four weeks of a cut. Stylists also offer updos and beach waves, custom extensions matched to natural hair, hair treatments such as deep conditioning, protein therapy and custom repair, and keratin smoothing, which the salon says can last several months. Every hair service includes a scalp and hand massage, and clients can choose the essential oil for the scalp.

The spa menu includes facials from an $80 Express Facial up to the $255 SWiCH Dermal Rejuvenation Therapy, with treatments such as dermaplaning, Vitamin-C, plant peels, an acne-focused facial and a peptide firming facial. Facials begin with a personal skin analysis and end with home care tips. Body services include exfoliating scrubs, detoxifying wraps and therapeutic massage, and waxing is available for all body areas. Brows and lashes services cover brow shaping, tinting and defining, plus lash extensions, lifts and tints. Facials are performed by licensed aestheticians. Injectable treatments are offered with Dr. George Peck Jr., who uses Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra. Clients complete a registration packet and consent forms before the visit, and the salon notes that results vary and can last from two to eight months.

Weddings and events services include bridal hair and makeup, bridal party styling and makeup, special occasion hair and makeup, and bookings for bachelorette, birthday and baby shower events. Services can be done in the salon or by the Caravan service, which travels to the client; Caravan pricing includes a distance-based travel fee and a 20% gratuity. In-salon wedding pricing also includes a 20% gratuity. A bridal trial typically runs two to three hours and is scheduled one to three months before the wedding. Wedding hair and makeup is generally booked six to nine months ahead, or three to four months ahead for smaller or off-season events, and clients must complete a Bridal Wedding Contract to book.

Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon offers extended hours. Spa membership costs $70 a month and includes a monthly 60-minute Aveda facial, 20% off facial upgrades and 10% off Aveda skincare, with no joining or cancellation fees and unused facials carried over. A referral program gives $25 toward Aveda products when a referred friend books. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the reserved service price, and late arrivals may receive abbreviated service or need to rebook. Credit card payments carry a 3% service charge; cash, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major cards are accepted.

Every service starts with a full consultation, and color is recommended only after the stylist assesses hair condition and goals and gives aftercare advice.
