The studio focuses entirely on eyelash extensions. Each client starts with a consultation to choose length, curl and shape, taking into account eye shape, eye size, the condition of natural lashes and personal style. Clients who are unsure which set to book are steered toward the 100-lash Lash Forever set.

Each extension is applied individually to a natural lash, positioned roughly 1 mm from the lid margin and never touching the skin. Strands are synthetic, measure between 8 and 15 mm long and 0.15 to 0.25 mm thick, and are secured with an adhesive that contains no formaldehyde. Before the appointment, guests should arrive free of eye makeup, mascara and eye-area creams, and should take out any contact lenses.

Appointments are required, walk-ins cannot be guaranteed, and cancellations or reschedules need to be made by phone at least six business hours ahead to avoid a fee.

Touch-ups are only for returning clients wearing extensions from this studio. Extensions usually last two to five weeks depending on aftercare, hair quality and weather, and touch-ups are generally booked every two to three weeks, or weekly for a very full look. Clients with extensions from another salon need a removal service with their first set, since refills are not done over other salons' work.

Each client has a consultation so that length, curl and shape suit their eyes, lash condition and style, with a set density recommended for those who are unsure.
