The lash menu covers several styles. Natural cluster sets are offered, with a Monday to Wednesday option, along with regular natural cluster sets, cluster top and bottom sets, and sets with spikes. Wispy options include cluster minks with spikes and bottoms, wispy mega lash clusters and wispy lash extensions with freestyle minks. Mink sets include a summer time mink set and natural mink extensions styled to look natural with the client's own lashes. Clients under 18 can book a basic natural or wispy cluster set, and a cluster bestie deal lets two clients be booked at the same time.
Fills are timed to how many lashes remain. Cluster fills, one-week and three-to-four-week mink fills, and a two-week mink extension fill are offered, with retention requirements for some. Clients who already have lashes from another technician can book foreign fills, and fills over another technician's work are also available. Custom mink lash strips are made to order and need at least 24 to 48 hours' notice.
Brow services include waxing and tinting in red, brown or dark brown. The brow tint includes clean brows, a light wax and a shape-up. Lash removal includes two lash baths and removal ointment.
The business sets its own fees and policies. Appointments before 9am or after 5pm carry an extra fee, and Sunday appointments carry a larger one. Late arrivals are charged, and cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Refunds are not given for services paid in full.
