The online request form does not book an appointment; the team calls the client to agree on a treatment and time, and confirms published prices and availability before the visit. A free, informal skin consultation is offered with no obligation to book, and clients can talk through options before choosing a service. Clients are asked to share recent peels, medications, and skin or allergy history beforehand, and some treatments may be postponed if that history calls for it.

Services range from light, everyday-style facials to more involved treatments. Options include microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, Hydrafacial, and enzyme, vitamin C and mineral facials. The Nano Infusion Facial delivers selected skincare through a specialized tip and involves no needles. Before microneedling, each client is evaluated individually; the procedure creates small, measured perforations in the skin using thin needles. The PRP Facial pairs microneedling with platelet-rich plasma derived from the client's own blood. A licensed nurse draws the blood, and the appointment has to be booked ahead of time. According to the spa, one microneedling session cannot guarantee removal of acne scars, and long-standing scars may require a longer treatment plan.

Brow, lash and specialty services include classic and volume lash extensions, with the classic set individually applied and the volume set using lightweight lash fans. Cosmetic tattoo options cover lip blush, permanent eyeliner, powder brows and microblading. Classic lash clients must disclose any adhesive reactions or eye irritation before the appointment. Threading and waxing are priced by area, from brows and lip to full face and bikini.

Dermaline Academy offers hands-on training. Its Facial Specialist Diploma is 220 hours, with 149 hours of online theory and 71 hours of in-person practice at the Longwood school, and a total cost of $4,300 including registration and a student kit. Short certificate courses in advanced lashes, PMU and microblading, and threading can be taken alone or with the diploma. The Academy describes itself as a small school with small classes, and it is an FLDOE licensed school.
