The rest of the menu covers facials, waxing and body treatments. Facials include basic, deep clean, dermaplaning and microchanneling options, plus back, butt and underarm versions. High frequency and a hydrojelly mask can be added to several services. Body sculpting is offered as a try-out or in packages of four, six or twelve sessions, using cavitation, radio frequency, wood therapy and a detox blanket. Clients bring their own faja, towel and socks for body sculpting. Other body options include sauna detox sessions and memberships, Snatched Waist and Plum Peach packages, and wood therapy. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, with soft wax and hard wax used depending on the area.
The business also teaches. It offers training courses in lash extensions, a lash lift and tint, and body waxing, with the three-day Learn and Go course as its most extensive option. Lash Lover prepaid packages of two fills, in classic, hybrid or volume styles, bring the price of two appointments down, and a dermaplaning facial package is also sold at a reduced rate.
Hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM; the business is closed Sunday through Wednesday. Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a service is booked.
Clients should note the policies. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which the appointment must be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50%, and no-call no-shows are charged 50%. Clients who no-call no-show are barred from booking unless they pay full price for their next two appointments. Refunds are not given, and clients pay for services where time and products were used. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and cannot be refunded.
