The menu runs from brow shaping and lash extensions to semi-permanent and permanent pigment techniques, and it extends to medical tattoo, scalp work and skin treatments. Visits usually begin with a consultation, where lash choices are matched to natural lashes, the look a client wants and their daily routine, and face structure is measured to settle brow shape and finish. All services are by appointment only and depend on availability. First-time clients are asked to book online, and text is the simplest way to reach the studio.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A 20% gratuity is recommended on the full price before any discount. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; shorter notice can forfeit a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to $150, and no-shows are billed the full scheduled service. Clients may reschedule up to twice in a month, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean being asked to rebook, with no late fee. Services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Consultation-led work: lash, brow and color choices are tailored to each client's natural features, goals and routine, and the studio keeps up with newer techniques.
