Each client starts with a consultation, which is free. The stylist looks at natural lashes, lash length, curl strength and aftercare risks, then builds a plan for the client's eye shape and lash line. Skin is cleansed with a chemical-free cleanser before application, and medical-grade tape and under-eye gels are used during the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with a bare face, without makeup or skincare on the lashes and eye area.

The extension styles are classic, which places one extension on each natural lash for a natural look; hybrid, which mixes classic and volume fans with more fullness where wanted; volume, with a light fan of 2 to 6 extensions per natural lash; and mega-volume, with fans of about 7 to 20 per lash. Mega-volume sets use three to four lengths, longer at the outer corners. The extensions are synthetic, applied with semi-permanent glue, and the salon says they are hand-crafted and come in a range of shapes, lengths and thicknesses.

The salon also offers a keratin lash lift, with a lash tint available as a combined service, which gives natural lashes a curl and darkens them. Brow lamination uses keratin products to reposition and set brow hairs, and ombre brow shading places fine pigment dots over natural brows for a soft pencil-like finish after the brows are framed and mapped.

Starter prices for first-time clients are $99 for classic, $149 for hybrid, $194 for volume and $239 for mega-volume. These offers do not apply to bookings with Master Stylists or to returning clients. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, a credit card is required to hold an appointment, and arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accommodated.

The salon customizes each set from the client's eye shape, natural lash line and chosen length and curl, starting with an assessment of the natural lashes.
