The studio describes its work as drawing on advanced Eastern European techniques and says these give stronger pigmentation, precise structure and longer-lasting results than standard approaches. Its stated aim is clean, balanced and refined results that are never overdone.
Each service is tailored to the client's facial structure, natural hair pattern and desired look. Brow tints can be matched to the client's natural shade for a soft finish, and clients can choose a more defined look for brow lamination, tint and shaping. Hybrid tint stains both the hair and the skin.
Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or mascara for lash services, and a $20 fee may apply if eye makeup must be removed at the appointment. Some services require a deposit between $10 and $80. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. The studio does not refill lash extensions applied by another artist. For wispy fills where more than half the extensions have grown out, the studio removes them and applies a fresh set for $149.
