About

Lash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, booked as full sets or half sets. Sets can be done with black extensions for a darker, mascara-like look, or with brown extensions, which the salon suggests for natural lashes that are blonde, brown or red and which are priced above the black versions. Touch-ups are for current clients only and are timed by style, with Volume and Mega Volume usually booked every two weeks and Hybrid every three. New clients who already wear extensions from another salon can book a transfer, provided the previous appointment was no more than two weeks earlier. If more time or extensions are needed, the transfer may move up to at least a half set, and a client who arrives for a touch-up with few extensions left will need a half or full set instead.

The lash lift is a perm that curls the natural lashes and lasts six to eight weeks, with options to add a tint or tint with keratin, which also deepens the lash color. A Lash Serum is offered to help lashes look longer and fuller between lifts. Brow lamination reshapes and lifts brow hairs with a chemical solution, including waxing and tweezing, and results last four to six weeks. Brow tinting adds semi-permanent color to the brow hairs, and the stain it leaves on the skin fills in thinner areas. A Brow Serum is also offered for brows.

Appointments run Tuesday through Saturday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, remove mascara and eyeliner before extensions go on, and avoid moisture, steam and eye makeup for 48 hours after each application. They should not pull or comb extensions, and should choose oil-free and glycol-free eye products, including makeup removers recommended for extensions. Cancellations need written notice at least 48 hours ahead, sent by email or the online form, and a fee of up to the full service price may apply. Cash, checks and American Express are not accepted.
