The menu centers on eyelash extensions in several styles: classic sets, mascara volume sets (mini and full), light volume, mega volume, and light volume or mega volume hybrid sets. Existing extension sets can be refilled at 2, 3 or 4 week intervals, and fill prices rise with the length of the interval and the volume style. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and anything more than 28 days after the last visit is booked as a new set.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a keratin lash lift, a keratin eyelash lift with an optional tint, and eyebrow lamination with an optional tint. The keratin lash lift uses a cysteamine-based product, and results for the lash lift and brow lamination typically last four to six weeks.

Clients arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and heavy eye makeup, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes for 12 hours beforehand. Caffeine and stimulants are best avoided for 4 hours before a visit. During a service, gum, phone calls and extra guests are not permitted, though headphones for music or a podcast are welcome. Afterward, lashes should stay dry for 12 hours, and exercise, hot yoga, saunas and swimming should be avoided for 24 hours.

Booking is done by text with your full name, the service you want and a preferred date and time. New clients pay a $20 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the final total. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; a $40 fee applies to shorter-notice changes and no-shows. Clients who text clear photos within 48 hours of a visit may receive free satisfaction fixes, excluding cases with heavy makeup, arrival more than 15 minutes late, or a request made after the 48-hour window.
