Color work ranges from root touch-ups covering up to two inches of new growth to all-over color that covers gray or refreshes color from roots to ends. Gentle highlights are done without bleach, while dimensional highlights are hand-painted balayage with bleach. Special color is a longer appointment. Dimensional Highlights, Special Color, digital perms and bridal party up-dos require a consultation first, where clients send photos of their current hair and the look they want. Before Dimensional Highlights or Special Color is confirmed, the salon reviews previous color, bleach and hair condition.

Perms include short men's styles, women's perms in short, medium and long lengths, digital perms and spiral perms. Treatments include a hair gloss, a Milbon treatment with take-home care products, a scalp massage headspa, a Japanese hair repair treatment using professional products imported from Japan, and a silk keratin treatment that, according to the salon, lasts several months with aftercare.

The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Friday to Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Mondays. New clients pay a deposit for several services: $150 for Dimensional Highlights and digital perms, $100 for Gentle Highlights and men's perms, $200 for Special Color and spiral perms, $50 for bridal party up-dos and lash lifts, and $70 for 200-count lash extensions. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged half the service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Payments are accepted as stated on the booking page. Complex color and perm work begins with a consultation, and the salon checks prior color, bleach and hair condition before confirming certain color appointments.
