Every visit starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be scheduled online or by phone and takes place either in person or over video. A live consultation must happen before any treatment is selected. A specialist goes over what the client wants, answers questions, and puts together a plan based on their goals, facial structure, and how much movement they want to keep. Packages, bundles, and financing choices are also covered at this point. Booking ahead is preferred over walking in, and changes can be made in the LaserAway app or by reaching out to the clinic. Because these procedures are optional cosmetic work, neither public nor private insurance pays for them. Tipping is not expected. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The menu is broad. Men are welcome for laser hair removal and for many other services. Full removal, fading for cover-ups and cover-up work are also offered.

They are used on forehead and frown lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, smoker's lines, chin dimples, neck bands, the masseter and jawline, and DAO. For fillers, Juvéderm is available for the face, lips, and cheeks, and the clinic also lists dermal filler, lip filler, cheek filler, and facial contouring. Wellness injections include B12 Energy Boost, Glutathione Glow, NAD+ Vitality, and Resilience Boost.
