Care here is led by physicians, who oversee both treatments and wellness services. Dr. Shiree S. Fatch, DO, serves as lead physician and medical director, setting clinical protocols and training standards for the team. Numbing is applied where it's needed, and Pro-Nox nitrous oxide can be used for certain procedures. The practice says its aims are individualized care and results that look natural. Patients come from Granite Bay, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Sacramento and North Highlands.

The wellness side includes BioTE hormone pellet therapy, placed in an in-office procedure after a consultation and lab testing, and a provider-supervised medical weight loss program. Weight loss plans are built around each patient's health history, labs and goals, and may use GLP-1 medications, phentermine and naltrexone with lifestyle support. Emsculpt Neo and Emsella are also offered for muscle toning and pelvic floor treatment.

Laser hair removal uses a Lumenis Splendor X and is priced by area size, from small areas such as the upper lip and underarms to full legs or a full back. Full-body hair reduction can be planned as one coordinated course. Skin care includes facials, several peels, microneedling, and devices such as Fraxel, Morpheus8, CO2 resurfacing and IPL.

The product shop is open for browsing, but purchases require an in-clinic consultation first. The office asks for a credit card to book, charges a $75 late cancellation fee for changes made with less than two business days notice, and requires a $200 non-refundable deposit on treatments of $1,000 or more. Packages are non-refundable, though unused value can be moved to a different treatment. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and appointments can be booked online.
