Every visit begins with a private consultation, where candidacy for treatment is confirmed. Care is physician-led, with medical-grade products and conservative dosing, and injection points are mapped to each guest's proportions rather than templated.

The studio has four treatment suites, and the average visit runs about 90 minutes. It is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday hours later in the day, and closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments can be booked through the online portal, or by calling or texting the studio. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to later cancellations or no-shows, charged to the card on file. Packages start at consultation pricing, and the full plan and total are shown before anything begins. Facial balancing is composed at consultation around the areas treated, the products chosen and the pacing, rather than set at a fixed price. Payment over time is available through Cherry financing.
