Extensions are treated as a specialty here rather than an add-on. Every extension journey starts with an in-person consultation covering hair assessment, goals and lifestyle, the recommended method, a custom color match, a maintenance review and a personalized quote. Methods include hand-tied, K-tip, tape-in, V-light and genius weft extensions, and custom options are available for textured hair and specialty needs. Extension appointments cannot be booked online.

Extension hair is priced by length, method and weight in grams, with examples given for 18, 22, 24 and 26 inch hand-tied and genius wefts. Starting prices are $270 for Extension Refresh, $405 for Maintain, $540 for Perfect and $675 for Specialty, and a consultation is required first. Row installation is priced by the number of rows (Classic one row, Signature two, Deluxe three) and by stylist level. Cuts start at $135 and styling at $100.

Most extension hair is sold in the salon through Lane Extended, a related brand Kristin created that also offers education for stylists. The salon lists its exclusive Lane Extended hair among the things that set it apart.

New guests book a first visit online by selecting a service from the New Client Services category. After booking, they complete a New Client Booking Form and text their name, current hair photos and inspiration photos. The salon reviews forms within one business day, with after-hours submissions reviewed the next business day, and contacts guests before the appointment if services or timing need adjusting.
