The studio was founded by LaLa Alexander, a licensed esthetician who developed Lamint Beauty Cosmetics in 2017. Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes, massage and waxing.

Brow services include a simple brow wax, a semi-permanent brow tint that shapes and defines the brows, and microblading, which uses a hand-held tool to create hair-like strokes and typically lasts one to two years. Facials include a signature deep-cleansing treatment with skin analysis, and a dermaplaning facial with steam and extractions. Chemical peels are also offered. Lash options include a lash strip, fills of around 40 or 60 extensions, and first sets or mink sets of lash extensions.

Body waxing uses organic wax, with hard wax for the face, sensitive areas and Brazilian waxes, and soft wax for larger areas like legs, arms, chest and back. Sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water. Waxing is recommended about every four weeks. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about 1/8 to 1/2 inch, not to trim beforehand, and to avoid deodorant, oil and lotions on areas to be sugared. Walk-ins are sometimes accepted, but booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
