Skincare follows Korean beauty (K-beauty) methods. The All-Inclusive Glow Facial is a one-hour treatment that combines skin analysis, cleansing, an oxygen infusion mask, extractions, cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage, high-frequency treatment, red light therapy, and SPF, with an exfoliation step (dermaplaning, diamond microdermabrasion, or chemical peel) chosen for eligibility and a personalized regimen afterward. The four-phase Clear Skin Series builds a longer plan that addresses acne and pigmentation, and a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation helps clients choose products and tools for home care.

Lash services run from a 30-minute Lash Reset to a 2.5-hour Kuromi's Lash Extensions in classic, hybrid, or volume styles. Extensions begin with a custom mapping consultation, and refills are priced by how old the set is. The Korean Lash Lift lifts lashes at the root, includes a tint, and results last six to eight weeks with proper aftercare. Brow threading can be paired with Pixel Perfect lamination, tint, or both.

Makeup ranges from a natural, polished look to monochrome soft glam and editorial fashion eye makeup. Every makeup service includes radiant skin prep, optional facial hair grooming, and a touch-up kit, and is finished with signature Hoshi Lashes. Bridal packages start with an $85 two-hour consultation where two looks are tried, and a bridal glam package includes a hydrating facial and makeup application.

Bookings require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service, and the balance can be paid in exact cash or by card. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and no-shows and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Lash services include a 48-hour adjustment window. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and a $10 late fee applies. No guests are allowed during appointments except a guardian for a minor. Clients should be free of symptoms for 24 hours without medication before an appointment and are encouraged to consult a licensed esthetician before starting new treatments or products.

Skincare is based on Korean beauty methods, and treatments and home-care recommendations are tailored to each client's skin.
