Laser hair removal is performed with a Candela Gentle Pro Series laser, and the spa offers it as semi-permanent hair removal or permanent hair reduction. Treated areas are sorted into four tiers, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Diamond Plus, and each tier can be booked for a single visit or through a monthly membership. Memberships begin with a six-month initial commitment, then renew month to month until the client cancels. According to the spa, between 60 and 95 percent of the hair in a targeted area is gone for good once the suggested series of treatments is finished. Multi-area laser packages include six sessions. IPL photo rejuvenation is available for the entire face.

Booking carries a few firm rules. A deposit is required and is deducted from the service total. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee, while cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged, with a 50 percent fee when the 24 to 48 hour window is missed. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check and cash are accepted, gift cards are sold, and gratuities are optional.
