The lash menu covers several extension styles. Classic extensions use one extension per natural lash. Hybrid extensions mix classic and volume styles, volume extensions use fluffy fans for a dramatic look, and Wet Effect uses thin closed fans for a glossy, wet finish. Extensions are made from ultra-lightweight fibers and placed with professional-grade adhesive. Fills are offered at two- and three-week intervals, and removal of extensions is described as causing no damage to natural lashes. A lash lift and tint curls and darkens natural lashes without extensions, with results lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Brow services include lamination, shaping and tinting.

Most lash appointments take about two hours, and a lash lift takes about 1.5 hours. Booking is done online through Square Appointments or by messaging the studio on Instagram. Visits usually run about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the style, and need a comfortable chair or bed in a well-lit space. Bridal parties, photoshoots, film sets and corporate events can be booked this way, provided the booking is made in advance. The studio also runs two-day training: a Beginner Lash Extensions Foundation Course in West Hollywood covering lash theory, adhesive chemistry, isolation, classic application and client safety, and an Advanced Lash Extensions Mastery Course for working lash artists covering volume fans, mega volume, advanced mapping, client retention and building a lash business. Training prices are available on request.
