About

The lash menu centers on extensions. Ocean Lash is a partial set covering about half of the lashes and is the studio's most natural option, with a lighter Ocean Lash set refreshed every two weeks. Classic extensions take about an hour and a half. Fills are booked once lashes are roughly 50 to 70 percent full, usually within two to three weeks. A lash lift adds a curl to natural lashes, with a refresh every six to eight weeks, and a tint for the lift is booked as a separate service. Removal of old extensions and touch-ups are also available.

Brow work is done with a hypoallergenic wax. Brow shaping maps the natural contours of the brow and uses a sensitive titanium dioxide wax, with add-ons available at the artist's discretion. Brow lamination smooths and straightens brows and includes shaping. Clients booking lamination are asked to complete a patch test 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.

Skincare offerings include the Beauty Rush Facial, a one-hour treatment with herbal steam, a pumpkin enzyme peel, a custom hydration mask and a cold roller. It is not offered on Saturdays. Add-ons that can also be booked on their own include a High Frequency treatment described as antibacterial, a custom eye treatment with a mask called Bright Eyes, and gua sha facial massage.

Lash Club Academy offers hands-on training in lash extensions, brow lamination and lash lifts. Each course includes learning materials and a two-hour in-person session, with certification. Lash extension training also includes an online course and a lash kit. Membership plans for the Venice-Classic, Sunset-Hybrid and Melrose-Volume styles are arranged by submitting a contact request form that includes the preferred lash style. Clients are asked to arrive on time, avoid caffeine beforehand and come with clean, shampooed lashes and no makeup. Guests and phone calls are not allowed during appointments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50 percent of the service price.

Services are built around named extension styles and fills scheduled by how full the lashes are, with a studio guarantee: clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to contact the studio right away so it can be corrected.
