Every appointment is booked through the business's booking site, which is also where changes and cancellations must be made. A $30 deposit is required to book and goes toward the services booked. Shampoo and blow dry are included in every service, and a 30-minute consultation is available for clients who want to talk through a plan first.

Clients should arrive on time, since an appointment is canceled if the client is not in the studio within 5 minutes of the start time. Each appointment can be rescrescheduled once; after that a new booking and deposit are needed. Balances are paid in cash at the time of service, and other payment methods carry a $5 fee.

Hair is not supplied by the salon. For caps and quick weaves the business recommends two packs of New Premium Outre or Remy Velvet hair in the desired length, and for braids it recommends RUWA pre-stretched braiding hair. Ponytails can use one to two packs of the same brands or bundles the client already has for the tail only, while pack hair is needed when extra tracks are added to the mold. Caps can be bought in the shop for $5. Hair should arrive manageable, and braided styles need to be at least 4 inches long.

Services are scheduled around set appointment lengths, with a clear deposit and timing policy and a consultation available before booking.
