Color services are grouped by how often clients typically return. Partial foils cover the top and face-framing areas over about 3 hours, and full foils cover the whole head over about 4 hours. Full foils are recommended two to three times a year with partials in between, and partials are usually booked every 8 to 12 weeks for touch-ups. A toner and gloss with blow-dry, taking about 1 hour 20 minutes, neutralizes brassiness and is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. For gray coverage, a root re-touch takes about an hour without a blow-dry, and a root re-touch with blow-dry takes about 2 hours; root touch-ups are typically booked every 4 to 6 weeks. Returning clients can book a toner refresh with a complimentary deep conditioning treatment and blow-dry within 8 to 10 weeks of an original color service, or a mini highlight of face-frame highlights with toner and blow-dry, which typically returns every 12 to 16 weeks.

Haircuts are offered with a blow-dry or without one, the no-blow-dry option for existing clients or as an add-on to color. Before any service, a free consultation of about 20 minutes can be held in person or virtually. It covers hair goals, lifestyle, inspiration photos, maintenance preferences and hair history, and ends with a customized quote.

Booking policies: changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations carry a $25 fee, and no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged a service fee. Guests more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and if that is not possible the service may be shortened or part of it omitted. Anyone who is unwell or showing symptoms is asked to reschedule. Children under 10 may not come to appointments, and children may visit the salon only when not receiving a service. Animals are not allowed except service dogs wearing official vests. The salon is not responsible for valuables damaged, lost or stolen during a service. Guests unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 7 days to arrange an adjustment. Unused retail products can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase for salon credit, as retail products are not refunded. Gift cards are available, and gift card balances can be checked.
