Every appointment is one-on-one and by appointment only. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Each visit begins with a consultation, and the studio asks clients to arrive with clean, dry hair unless told otherwise.

Services fall into four groups: signature color, transformational color, maintenance color and specialty lightening. Balayage is hand-painted for soft highlights with a natural blend. Foilayage uses foils for stronger lift and includes a shadow root and gloss. Full blonding blends highlights, babylights and foilayage without bleaching the scalp, and face frame highlights work only on the hair around the face. Platinum transformations foil every strand and typically take four to seven hours depending on starting level. Color correction addresses unwanted tones, banding and box dye, often over several steps.

Consultations are required for platinum transformations, color correction and major lightening. Prices are starting rates that can shift with hair length, thickness and time needed; platinum transformation and color correction are billed at $145 per hour. Haircut add-ons are $85 for most color services and $75 for double process blonding. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

Each appointment starts with an in-depth consultation covering goals, maintenance preferences and hair history. The business says it never rushes or upsells clients and aims to give clear advice.
