Blonde Rituals was started seven years ago. Its stated mission is to help every client feel and look their best while keeping hair healthy, and the salon says it has worked with more than 500 clients.

Blonde work ranges from a partial custom blonde, suited to low-maintenance clients who touch up every 12 to 16 weeks, to a full balayage or highlight that gives dimensional blonde throughout. The sunkissed bronde and brunette service is a low-maintenance option with dimension and subtle pops of brown or blonde. Those color services include shampoo, gloss, treatment and a blow dry, and all haircuts are done wet and dry and finished with a blowout style.

Hand-tied extensions add volume and length without damaging natural hair, and they can be colored or worn up. A 15-minute consultation is required before installation, pricing depends on the desired length and volume, and hand-tied extensions need pulling up every 6 to 8 weeks.

The salon uses O and M color, which it describes as free of PPD and ammonia and low in chemicals, and says its O and M products are cruelty free with little or no smell. Clients with previously box-dyed or henna-treated hair often need color correction before going blonde, so a consultation is recommended. According to the salon's FAQ, silver or platinum is not achievable on previously colored hair.

Appointments are held with a card on file, which is charged only for policy violations or lateness. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the reserved services, and no-call no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100%. Clients running late are asked to text the salon, and anyone unsure what to book can text for a consultation. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday by select availability from 10 AM to 2 PM, with the last appointment at 3:30 PM.
