The menu is grouped into brows, lashes, signature facials, skin and body treatments, and packages. Many facials and skin treatments layer technologies such as LED light, microcurrent, exosomes and collagen induction. Several treatments are described as non-invasive, and maintenance facials are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks.
Visits are by appointment only, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Booking means agreeing to the spa's policies: cancellations need 48 hours' notice, missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price, and arriving 15 minutes late triggers an automatic $25 late fee. Lash lift appointments carry a $25 fee if makeup must be removed on arrival, and patch tests are recommended beforehand for clients with sensitive eyes, adhesive allergies or dye sensitivities. Services and products are not refundable or exchangeable. Extra visitors are not permitted unless they are also having a service, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present for the whole consultation.
The spa runs an Angels for Love program that offers one free facial a month to a bereaved mother, nominated through the website. Retail shelves carry skincare from Sorella Apothecary, Future 5 Elements, Hale & Hush and Adipeau.
The spa takes a holistic, boutique approach, customizing treatments and aiming at the underlying causes of skin concerns rather than covering them up, according to the spa.
