A visit begins with a conversation about the client's goals, comfort and preferences, and Emely takes time to understand sensitivities and personal style before recommending a treatment. Each service appointment includes a consultation, the treatment itself and aftercare guidance, and Emely explains each step and leaves room for questions before and during the service.

The menu covers three areas. The Korean facials range from a cleansing, gentle exfoliation and hydration facial to a comfort-focused facial for sensitive skin, a pore-focused facial for acne concerns, a hydration facial with an ampoule and jelly mask, and an intensive hydration facial with lifting massage. Lash services include classic single extensions on suitable natural lashes, a hybrid set that mixes classic extensions with lightweight volume fans, a full volume set, and a lash lift and tint on natural lashes with no extensions. Brow services include shaping, lamination that sets the hairs into a fuller-looking, even shape, tinting for lighter brow hairs, and a Complete Brow Refresh that combines lamination with a customized tint.

Bookings are taken only by appointment, either through the studio's online booking page or by phoning the studio. Before any treatment, clients are asked to disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, medications and recent procedures. Anyone with allergies or a history of reactions may be offered a patch test, a modified service, or a rescheduled date. Treatments around the eyes or brows are not carried out if the area is inflamed, infected, or broken. Facials are intended to improve how skin looks and feels, but they do not replace a diagnosis or treatment from a dermatologist.

Emely starts with the client's goals, sensitivities and style, aiming for personalized services that enhance natural features rather than following a preset routine.
