The nail menu covers everything from basic manicures and pedicures to spa-level options, plus gel polish, gel builder work and extensions. Extension methods offered include acrylic powder, acrylic liquid gel, dip powder, Gel-X by Apres, sculpted nails, the Luminary system and poly gel. Nail art begins at $7 and the price depends on the design. Repairs are priced by type: a simple patch repair is $3, while gel, sculpted, dipped or acrylic repairs are $5. Basic manicures start at $20, classic gel manicures at $35 and a classic jelly pedicure at $45. French tips, paraffin wax, callus treatment, acrylic and gel removal and polish changes are priced by location or after a consultation. Removing gel polish costs extra.

Combo packages pair a manicure with a pedicure. A Little Lady Mani and Pedi is offered for children under 10 and does not include cuticle removal. A classic manicure and pedicure combo is $45, and a Russian manicure and pedicure combo is $130. Waxing covers the eyebrows, upper lip, chin, neck, full face, sideburns and nose, and is offered at some locations only.

Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome. Clients can book online or buy gift certificates. The salon states that its nail technicians are licensed and that every technician is trained to the same standards and works with the same products, tools and polishes. Its workmanship warranty covers lifting, peeling, nail breakage and leftover product residue at no extra cost, for 3 days on regular polish, 7 days on gel polish and extensions, and 5 days on stones and embellishments.
