New clients begin with a complimentary one-on-one consultation that covers hair condition, texture, history, the look they want and how much upkeep they can manage. Stylists evaluate hair before recommending any smoothing or treatment, and the Cut and Style menu includes an extended consultation so the stylist can learn a client's likes, dislikes and hair condition. Stylists also share tips for recreating the style at home after the appointment.

Color work covers AirTouch, a technique that uses a blow dryer during coloring to separate sections for a soft blend of lightening, along with hand-painted balayage, highlights, gloss and toners, single and double process color, color correction for box dye, uneven lightening or unwanted tone, men's camouflage and eyebrow tinting. Organic color is vegan and ammonia-free, and the NATULIQUE color and styling line is described by the salon as certified vegan and organic and retested regularly to keep those certifications.

Extensions are offered through fusion keratin bonding, beaded sew-ins, tape-in extensions and temporary clip-in options, and the salon states they are 100% human hair in over 90 colors, made from Russian/Slavic virgin hair. Consultations are required before a first extensions appointment.
