Dilenia Salon operates as Dilenia Salon LLC from Studio 101 on the second floor at 1845 Cordova Road. The salon covers cutting and color, extensions, keratin and relaxer treatments, everyday and event styling, curly hair care, makeup for events and weddings.

Curly hair has its own menu, The Curly Experience. A visit starts with a consultation that looks at curls both dry and wet, and ends with a written prescription listing the routine and steps used. The salon uses curl-friendly products it describes as free of sulfates, parabens and silicones, and says its curl specialists are trained across curl types from 2A waves to 4C coils.

Color is priced after an in-person consultation or collaboration, not from photos or video. Root touch-ups are suggested for up to about five weeks of regrowth and cover base color only. Extension services also begin with a personal consultation or collaboration, which is free, and quoted prices do not include haircut or styling.

Keratin services need advance booking and a deposit, and that deposit is non-refundable. The salon asks for a 50% deposit on services over $100, applied to the service fee. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments may be charged the full service amount.

The salon frames its work around a mix of artistic vision, creativity and professional skill.
