Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, and wispy or manga styles, each as a full set or a fill-in, and lash removal and low lashes are also offered. Booking asks for the date and time, first and last name, phone number, the service wanted and the number of people. Clients must have their appointment confirmed by the salon before arriving. A 10-minute grace period applies, and after that the technician may move on to another client, so clients running late are asked to call ahead. A complimentary water or soft drink is offered during the visit. Nails carry a 5-day warranty, and any issue can be reported by direct message on Instagram or Facebook with pictures.
