Extensions come in classic, blend, volume and hi-density styles. A full set is the first appointment, and fills are priced by how long it has been since the last visit, under or over three weeks. Lower lash extensions are available as an add-on, and colour accents can be added to any lash style, with four collections to choose from: Chocolate, Pretty in Pastel, The Vivids and Ombré Hour. Hologram, anime and colour accent add-ons are complimentary. Pricing is subject to change, and the salon sells its own aftercare through The Lash Love Shoppe.

Booking starts with a free online account for new clients, which confirms the first appointment. A photo and media consent form is signed at that first visit, and clients disclose any health or allergy information before a service begins. Cancellations and reschedules need at least four hours' notice. A missed appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the service price, and repeated cancellations may lead to a deposit for future bookings. Arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may shorten the service or move the appointment, with full fees applying. No penalty applies to cancellations due to illness, and the artist may reschedule a client who arrives visibly unwell. Text reminders are opt-in, and promotional emails go only to clients who opt in.
