Clients can book hair, face, body and nail appointments in one place, with a separate spa area for longer treatments.

Hair services start with a consultation, and every salon appointment begins that way. Haircuts include a scalp massage with aromatherapy and a complimentary style and blowout. Color services include glossing, root retouch, all over color, bleach and tone, foil highlights, balayage and corrective color, which is priced after a consultation. Perms, Brazilian Blowout smoothing and split end treatments, head spa treatments, and silk press styling for naturally curly hair are also offered. Eyebrow, beard and mustache trims are available on request.

Skin services include the GiGi's Signature Facial, which is customized after a skin evaluation, as well as an Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial, acne treatment, a dermaplaning facial, microdermabrasion, Eminence and DMK treatments, HydraFacial in four levels, and microchanneling. Body services include massage in 60 and 90 minute lengths, body scrubs and wraps, targeted body treatments, and waxing for most areas of the body and face. Comprehensive spa packages combine a facial, massage and other treatments.

The salon says its team members are professionally trained and that continuing education is a priority. Prices are tiered by team member level, reflecting education, experience and expertise.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and gift cards are sold on the website. Hair and eyelash extensions require a deposit when scheduling. Salon hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with Sunday closed. Spa hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with Sunday closed. Children under 12 are not admitted to the spa on normal scheduled days, and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for their services.

The founders' goal is to help guests look and feel their best, starting with the visit and continuing through the weeks afterward, all in a comfortable, calming space.

The spa has a co-ed whirlpool, women's and men's steam saunas, a relaxation lounge and locker rooms, with robes, slippers, grooming products and complimentary beverages and snacks for guests.
