The color menu covers gloss and tone, single process color, blonding, dimensional color, and corrective or creative color, which is priced by the amount of work and usually takes the longest, around four hours. Haircuts start at $65, bang trims are $15, and styling starts at $50.
Consultations are free. A standard consultation takes about 10 minutes, and a Halo Couture extensions consultation takes about 30 minutes. Bookings are made through a Glossgenius page, and the salon is open Tuesday through Friday with shorter afternoon hours on Monday, and closed on weekends. Appointments can be cancelled or moved free of charge at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount. Arriving 15 or more minutes late results in a fee and a required reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The salon puts an emphasis on in-depth consultations so that the stylist and client agree on the plan before work begins. The aim is for clients to leave looking and feeling like their most authentic selves.
