Visits start with a new patient consultation of about 50 minutes, which covers the medical history, vital signs, a medical evaluation and a customized natural treatment plan. The plan can include medical, natural and IV treatments along with nutritional guidance. Clinical visits and telehealth options are available, and weight loss visits can take place in clinic or through nationwide virtual telehealth. Patients are told pricing up front in consultations and plans.

Infusions take about 30 to 45 minutes in a treatment lounge with reclining leather chairs, ambient lighting and complimentary herbal teas, and placement is done by experienced clinical practitioners. The clinic describes its vitamins and IV nutrients as physician-formulated, compounded with pure, pharmaceutical-grade vitamins and minerals and free from synthetic preservatives, artificial dyes and fillers. Its multivitamin drip, the Myers drip, is one of the signature options among IV therapies priced from $120 to $249. Vitamin injections take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Beyond IV and injection therapy, the clinic offers peptide therapies, medical weight management with GLP-1 based medicines, and two structured weight loss programs. Peptide protocols follow a three-step process: advanced biomarker testing, personalized protocol design, and physician monitoring with re-testing. Peptides are physician-guided and are not sold over the counter. Hormone care includes bioidentical hormone replacement preceded by blood, saliva or dried-urine hormone testing, along with programs for adrenal and stress support, sex hormone optimization and thyroid balancing.

Aesthetic and anti-aging services cover botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, a non-surgical liquid facelift package, PRP-based treatments and stem cell options for the face and hair. Regenerative medicine offerings include PRP joint injections, exosome and stem cell injections, exosome and stem cell IV therapy and trigger point injections. The clinic also has an in-office laboratory with trained staff for blood draws and offers imaging through referral partners.

Routine diagnostic lab panels and prescribed medications are typically eligible for standard commercial insurance, and the clinic provides superbills on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
