The Estie Babe is a one-person esthetician studio in Phoenix's Arcadia area, at 32nd Street North. Kaitlyn founded the business, and it is operated as a solo practice, so clients work with the same professional throughout their visits.

Facials are the core of the menu and are customized to each client's skin. Clients don't pick add-ons when booking. Instead, the treatment room selects modalities such as LED light, high frequency, microcurrent or cryotherapy when they suit the skin, and these are included rather than sold separately. First-time clients book the First Experience, which includes an in-depth skin consultation and HydraFacial technology. Returning clients book the Signature Experience, and established clients who come by recommendation can book the Essential Experience, which is designed around a two to three week schedule.

The Clear Skin Program is designed for persistent acne. It combines professional treatments given every two weeks with home care, and the salon says clearer skin typically shows within about three to six months. New clients begin with a Clear Skin Consultation and First Experience, and home-care products are purchased separately. Enrolled clients book the Clear Skin Experience. The Advanced Chemical Peel and microneedling are available only to established clients. Before either one, clients are asked to pause retinoids, exfoliating acids and other strong actives for at least 72 hours, unless their provider advises otherwise. After a chemical peel, redness and flaking may last roughly three to seven days. A post-treatment kit is included.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10:30am to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. The Virtual Skin Consultation is a $75 one-on-one video call that covers current products, concerns, lifestyle and goals. Products are not included in that price.
