Balayage and blonding can take four to eight hours, and the high impact blonding and haircut bundle takes about six hours and twenty minutes, so clients should plan for a long visit. Hair should arrive clean and dry. Because the studio space is limited, each appointment allows one extra guest, and there is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Light snacks and drinks are offered, and clients can have food ordered to the salon.

New color clients are asked to message the stylist by Instagram DM or text before booking. A color consultation is offered in person, by FaceTime or by phone for $25, and block or vivid color appointments require a consultation first. Haircuts do not need one. The studio does not offer pixie cuts or men's cuts and does not accept appointments for anyone under 18. Payment is by Zelle or cash only.
