Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice carries a charge of half the reserved amount, and a no-show is charged the full amount. Appointments booked within 24 hours must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the appointment or the same half-amount charge applies. Services are reserved for the individual client. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
