Rather than a single staff team, the salon is set up as a place where independent beauty professionals work. The owners describe it as a calm, supportive environment built on respect, care and shared standards. There is no front desk: guests book directly with each artist through that artist's booking link, by email, or by call or text, and walk-ins are not accepted.
Hair services cover cuts, styling, color and color transformations. New clients booking consultations for color, extensions or hair replacement get a free 20-minute visit, in person or by FaceTime. Head spa services, which the salon describes as part of its Moss & Moon experience, include a men's option and a postpartum treatment, and the facial menu includes a custom facial that the salon describes as fully customized and corrective.
Other offerings include waxing, lash lifts using a Korean lash lift system, brow lamination, nail services, several massage styles and professional makeup, plus peptide and weight loss services and discounted supplements. Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The cancellation policy charges a 100% fee, so guests are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible to reschedule. Parking is a gravel lot in front of the house, the detached garage on Pecan Street, Pecan Street itself, or public city parking on Pecan Street and East Street about a block away. The salon accepts payments.
