Stylin' Salon & Spa is an Aveda concept salon and spa in Pflugerville, Texas, and has operated in the town since 1992. Blanca, the owner, bought the business in 1992 and works there as a Platinum Stylist.

Products are natural, organic and botanical Aveda lines that are vegan and cruelty-free. The salon says its team is committed to continuing education and to long-term relationships with both clients and staff.

Hours run Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm; the salon is closed on Sunday and Monday. Appointments are made by phone at 512.251.0054 or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. First-time clients complete an online hair consultation form, which does not book a time; the team contacts the client to confirm an appointment. Cosmetology services begin with a short consultation.

Pricing depends on stylist experience and is set at three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The salon states that each Platinum Level stylist has 15 or more years of experience. Prices vary by level; for example, Full Color starts at $85 with a Silver stylist, $95 with Gold and $105 with Platinum, and takes about 90 minutes.

Events are a large part of the work. The cosmetology team provides makeup and lashes for events, groups and individuals, and the salon offers on-site and in-salon hair and makeup for weddings, proms, corporate events and photoshoots, with styling customized for individuals and groups. On-site events require at least $1,000 in services and a $500 deposit, plus a travel fee per stylist. In-salon event services require a $200 deposit and are by appointment only. Event requests are made by downloading the Event Services Request Form and emailing it to manager@stylinspa.com; submitting the form does not reserve services. Cancellations within 24 hours of an event are charged 50% of the service total.

The salon hosts the Small Business Saturday Market in downtown Pflugerville, in front of the building, featuring local makers and small businesses. It runs on the first Saturday of the month from March to June and September to November, 9am to 2pm.
