New guests fill out a digital consultation form before their first visit, and first in-salon appointments open with a 15-minute consultation. Color services begin with a talk about each client's hair goals. Color correction is booked only after a consultation and requires a $100 deposit; its $300 starting price covers the first two hours, with an extra $100 charged after that.

The menu covers color, extensions, blowouts, cuts and conditioning treatments. Beaded row extensions blend extensions with natural hair, and the extension blowout includes a shampoo and blow-dry that blends extensions into natural hair. Members-only plans run on a monthly EFT membership, including weekly blowouts with unlimited visits each month, a monthly plan with two blowouts, and extension-friendly blowout options. According to the salon, its membership savings are substantial.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. The booking form also says clients who cancel with less than 48 hours' notice may be banned from booking future appointments.
