Single studios range from 105 to 140 square feet, premium singles run 160 to 170 square feet, and doubles measure 180 to 205 square feet, with some doubles convertible to triples. Hair studios include a styling station and chair, a shampoo bowl and chair, a dryer, cabinets, and a lockable door with a window. Nail studios include a nail table and chair, a sink, a client chair, cabinets, and a lockable door with a window. Major essential equipment is provided, while individual tools, products and supplies are the tenant's own responsibility.

Utilities, maintenance and other amenities are part of the lease, including electricity, water and wifi. Studio walls are insulated to reduce noise. Clients wait in several lobby seating areas with complimentary wifi, parking is free for tenants and their clients, and the building has a security system. Tenants also share a break room with a microwave and refrigerator and have access to free laundry facilities. Tours are arranged by appointment with the owner.
