Visits start with time spent on the client's hair. The team says it looks at hair texture and the condition of the hair and scalp before choosing products and care techniques, and it builds a care plan around what the client wants their hair to do.

The service menu is broad. Braid styles run from micro braids and cornrows to box braids, Sister Locs and crochet styles. Chemical straightening includes relaxers, texturizers, a relaxer for sensitive scalps and keratin smoothing treatments. Color covers highlights, lightener, peek-a-boo, semi-permanent and specialty work. Extensions include sew-ins, quick and partial weaves, vixen weaves, clip-ins and track installs. The studio gives clear upkeep guidance. Clients are advised to shampoo and condition at least every two weeks and to trim every six to eight weeks. No style should stay in for more than two months, and braids, extensions or weaves are generally taken down after about eight weeks, sooner for some clients. Weaves can be worn up to six to eight weeks, braids six to eight weeks and crochets four to six weeks. Before a braid appointment, clients are asked to wash their hair three times and condition it.
