Color is the main focus. Single Process Color runs from roots to ends and includes a shampoo, an aromatherapy-infused hot towel and a head massage. For lightening, Crown Radiance is a foil service with toner included, Transformational Brightening adds a treatment, and Partial Glow is a subtler foil service around the face and crown. Signature Root Coverage is available, though new clients complete a color consultation first. Bleach-only lighting retouches are due every four to five weeks, and clients returning later are asked to message before booking so extra time can be scheduled. Custom color correction requires a consultation and a deposit before the appointment.

Booking details: deposits vary by service, from $25 up to $120 for color correction. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; a late cancellation forfeits the deposit, and rescheduling carries a 50% re-booking fee.
