The menu is grouped into color services, cutting and styling, other treatments, special occasion styling and waxing. Color ranges from touch-ups and partial or full highlights to partial and full custom color, including balayage and ombre, plus color correction. Cutting covers children's, men's, women's and extended women's haircuts, along with shampoo and blow dry. Other treatments include a scalp ritual, customized conditioning and smoothing treatments, gloss and blowout, a Brazilian blowout and shampoo blow dry with extensions. Clients booking extensions are asked to consult with an extension specialist first to choose the right style. Special occasion services, such as styling with a flat iron, make-up application and updos, are offered for non-bridal events, and a trial can be booked in advance. Clients may bring their own hair accessories or inspiration images for these visits. Prices are listed as starting points and can vary with the stylist's experience and with hair length and thickness.

Walk-ins are welcome, though booking by phone or online guarantees an appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. A customer review on the home page mentions a boutique where clients can shop during their appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a 50% service charge is added to the client's account. Services are not refunded because results are considered artistic. Hair or color corrections are offered at no cost within two weeks of a service, and clients unhappy with a service are asked to contact the salon within three days. Color services are guaranteed only when the prescribed products are bought through the salon, and the salon cannot redo services performed elsewhere. Defective styling products or tools can be returned for a replacement or account credit.
