Services are grouped into color, consultation, haircut, styling and treatment. Color ranges from retouches and partial or full highlights to balayage, all-over color and color correction, which is the longest appointment on the menu. Women's cuts are priced by length, with the length guide given in each service, and men's and children's cuts are also offered. Free consultations are available for both general hair services and extensions.

Open hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 AM to 4 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The studio is closed on Sundays. Cancellations carry a 50% fee, and clients who can't make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.

Designs are meant to be both attractive and practical for each individual client.
